What does Billie automate?
All you have to do is go on a site walk, talk to Billie and take photos. Billie does a lot of the mundane work for you after every site walk, for example:
- Compiles an Excel table with tasks and photos
- Writes up a follow-up email
- Creates interactive task cards shareable through SMS/Whatsapp
Billie is currently your helpful sidekick on the field. But wait for it, Billie is not just going to be handy, it is developing more powerful capabilities as it learns about the industry.

How secure is Billie? Where is my data stored?
Recordings and all other data (such as transcript data) are stored in Amazon Web Services data centers in Australia, which offers the highest level of security and are encrypted at rest and in transit.

How does Billie charge?
We are currently providing free early access with the aim to collect user feedback to improve our product. We have just iterated to version 2.0 based on feedback from hundreds of users and 100+ site visits. We aim to roll out our pricing plans in the third quarter of 2024.
